Swedish:
Swedish massage is relaxing and invigorating. It affects nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well being.
Deep Tissue:
The session will combine Trigger Point Therapy with deep massage and gentle stretching. If you are seeking relief from a chronic or acute pain condition, Deep Tissue Massage is a great non-toxic and drug-free way to achieve results.
Reflexology:
A general reflexology massage will benefit your entire body much like a full body massage. Each part of the body is represented by a group of nerve endings present in the feet and hands. The manipulation of these points should unblock the energy flow to those specific body parts, which will help those parts heal according to Asian philosophy.
Hot Stone:
Warmed stones are placed on specific areas of your body releasing tension and relaxing muscles. Add on to your traditional massage. ($10.00)
Prenatal:
Pre-natal massage is therapy designed to meet the needs of the expectant mother and alleviates the aches and pains associated with pregnancy. Massage is also an excellent way to bring your body back into balance after birth and to prepare it for the exciting journey of motherhood.
Sports:
Receiving sports massage is necessary to condition the body for athletic events. It uses a combination of vigorous massage movements, including compression and friction, to broaden and elongate the muscle. This allows the muscle to become more pliable and less resistant during a workout.
Chair:
A chair massage is given while the client is fully clothed. It focuses primarily on the back and neck region. ($1 per minute)
